New Order

The older work may have the bouncy "man, aren't these new things neat!?!" synthesizers associated with the New Wave genre, but the lyrics I've gotten so far have been pretty damned good for darkness. 2001's Get Ready offers the old thrills but with modern tools. I highly recommend it.
